Alissa is a postdoctoral Schmidt Science Fellow in the Bioengineering department. For her research, Alissa is integrating cryo-electron microscopy with protein localization imaging to study stem cell differentiation. Alissa is co-advised by Emma Lundberg. Outside of the lab, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors (eg hiking, biking, cross-country skiing).
